Radiators & Heating Pipework
Radiator repairs, replacements, valves, towel rails, heating pipework and power flushing.
Cold radiators, leaking valves and rusty units are wet-side jobs, and that is exactly what we do. We can swap radiators, move them, fit new valves, extend heating pipework and power flush a system that has filled with sludge.
To be completely clear: we do not touch gas or boilers. Anything involving the boiler itself needs a gas-registered engineer, and we will say so rather than take the job on.

Radiators — pick the job you've got
Each of these has its own page explaining the symptoms, what we do about it and what it costs you to find out.
Radiator Replacement
We work on the wet side of your heating system — radiators, valves, TRVs and the pipework that feeds them. If a radiator is leaking, corroded through, cold at the top or bottom, or you simply want it swapped for a new one, that's what we handle across Greater Manchester. To be upfront: we don't touch gas or boilers at all, so if the fault turns out to be at the boiler itself, we'll tell you honestly and point you towards a Gas Safe registered engineer.Read more →Power Flushing
If radiators are cold at the bottom, heating up unevenly across the house, or the system's making noise it never used to, the cause is usually sludge and debris built up inside the pipework and radiators over years. A power flush forces that out. We work on the wet side of the heating system only — radiators, valves and pipework — and we don't touch gas or boilers at all.Read more →

Common questions
Do you work on boilers?
No. We do not offer gas or boiler work of any kind. Radiators, valves and heating pipework only.
My radiator is cold at the bottom — does it need flushing?
Cold at the bottom usually means sludge; cold at the top usually means air. We check the whole system before recommending a flush, because sometimes it is just one radiator that needs attention.
Can you move a radiator to a different wall?
Usually yes, depending on where the pipework runs and whether floors can be lifted. We will look and give you a straight answer.
