Yes. The phone is on 24 hours a day, every day. If it is a genuine emergency, call rather than message — the phone is the fastest way to reach us.
What should I do before you arrive?
If you can reach it safely, turn off the stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink or in the utility) and open the cold taps to drain the system. If water is anywhere near electrics, leave it and switch off at the consumer unit.
Can you tell me a price on the phone?
