Common questions
Will jetting damage my pipes?
Used correctly on sound pipework, no. We check the run first and choose the right method — sometimes rodding or a machine is the better option.
The blockage keeps coming back. Why?
Usually there is something structural behind it — a collapsed section, a bad fall on the pipe, or heavy fat build-up further down the run. We will tell you honestly if that is what we find.
Do you clear drains outside the house?
Yes, gullies, chambers and external runs on your property. Anything that turns out to be the water company's responsibility, we will point you in the right direction.
